Consulting projects undertaken range from basic automatic optimization to advanced problem solving, network sharing, site reduction, cost reduction, network rollout, capital planning, coverage, capacity and quality improvement and network merging.

Delivery models include:

Insourcing – ariesoServices supplies expert consultants to assist the customer with a project at the customer's offices.

Outsourcing – ariesoServices consultants carry out customer projects at one or more of Arieso's facilities.

Education – ariesoServices assists the customer, using education services (user and advanced training, mentoring and knowledge transfer) to become proficient in the use of Arieso products.

In addition to these specific services, Arieso provides a highly comprehensive support service that is designed to ensure Arieso's customers maximize the benefit of the solutions 7*24.

The support service includes a standard offering and a range of options that allow the customer to build the right solution to meet its business and operational need. The service has been benchmarked to ensure it offers world class solutions providing the breadth and quality demanded by wireless operators.
