Shirin Dehghan
Shirin Dehghan founded Arieso in 2002 with the vision of enabling self-optimizing networks.
Shirin graduated from the University of Southampton with a MEng degree in Electronics in 1992 and commenced her career with a start up mobile communications firm, where she developed radio propagation products. She became the manager of the consultancy division of the business and led projects involving major operators and manufacturers.
She then became research engineer at Vodafone Group Plc and was responsible for the development of WCDMA simulation and business modelling. She was part of Vodafone UK's UMTS auction team, where she acted as technical expert on systems and technology issues, providing technical liaison to the UK board.
Shirin is the author of several technical publications and has been a speaker in numerous technical conferences. She is a member of the IET and a Chartered Engineer.

Teresa Vega
Terry has over 30 years experience in technology and telecoms, including two decades in senior executive roles in the wireless industry. She has run multi-billion dollar divisions of leading companies - her previous positions include COO, Lucent Wireless Infrastructure; President, Wireless, Cable and Emerging Markets, Telcordia Technologies; and Senior Vice President, CDMA Handsets, Motorola. She has specialized in driving market leading growth and profitability through focus on customer relationships, product proposition and building high performance teams. Prior to her executive roles Terry spent 12 years at Bell Laboratories as first as Member of Technical Staff, then in technical management positions.
She holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in New York.

Colin Watts
Colin is responsible for investments in the information and communications sectors. He brings to the team a combination of deep market knowledge gained in the telecoms industry and extensive international transactional experience gained as a corporate investor and as a partner of two international venture capital firms. Previously Colin has held investment management positions with Cisco Systems Inc, DFJ ePlanet and TLcom Capital where he invested over $80 million across 12 companies in Europe and Israel. This portfolio achieved 4 IPO's and 6 M&A transactions worth in excess of $4.5bn.
Colin graduated from Nottingham University with first class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Colin has sailed across the Atlantic.
Richard Fuller
Richard Fuller brings more than 15 years of finance experience to Arieso as the company's Chief Financial Officer responsible for Finance, Legal and Corporate Services.
Previously, Richard took the finance lead in a start-up company that specialized in optimization software solutions for the manufacturing sector, where he provided strategic input and financial direction to the Board through rapid growth years. The company was eventually integrated in to the GE portfolio.
In 2008 Richard exited from the GSMA events, media and innovation business based out of Atlanta, USA where he was instrumental in establishing the finance and business infrastructure across multiple countries. The GSMA Mobile World Congress and the GSMA Mobile Asia Congress were under Richard's financial control, both events of which are world renowned.
Richard has also held a number of other senior finance roles predominantly in the technology sector including divisional director level roles in larger corporate groups such as Acentic Ltd and Univar Ltd.
Both ACA and FPC qualified, Richard also holds a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Wales, Swansea.

Harry Fitzgibbons
Harry was a director of Hambros Bank from 1972 to 1983 with responsibility for United States corporate finance and for Hambros' portfolio of international unquoted investments. He was instrumental in establishing Boston Hambro Capital Company and Hambro International Venture Fund, both of which were venture investors in the United States.
He left Hambros for two years to set up the London subsidiary of L.F.Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin, an American investment bank before returning in 1986.
Harry was educated at Harvard College and Trinity College, Oxford and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. After briefly practising law in New York, he served as an officer with the United States Special Forces and with the Department of State, Washington DC. Before joining Hambros in 1972, he was an international banker for four years with Lehman Brothers in New York.

Maisy Ng
Maisy Ng co-founded Add Partners with more than 10 years' technology and venture capital experience that spans Asian, American and European markets.
Maisy was most recently a Senior Manager at Vertex Management, the Singapore-based multinational private equity firm. Maisy was part of the pioneering team that established Vertex's European operations and headed their European office in London.
During the prior eight years, Maisy worked in the semiconductor industry, where she was a chip designer in Silicon Valley and Singapore before moving into Product Marketing. Maisy is named as a co-inventor in six US technology patents.
Maisy is Singaporean. She holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto; an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology; and an MSc in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore. Maisy also serves on the Board of Directors of SurfKitchen and Navio.
