“O2
customers expect the best. Arieso is an innovative company whose
powerful product and service proposition has enabled us to get the
best from our 3G network. ariesoACP has given us unprecedented results
in the field, doubling our network coverage and other quality metrics
while halving our rollout time. The ariesoACP product has delivered
on its promises and the results it has achieved have impressed us
– it is next generation technology that is designed to maximise
the next generation networks.”
David
Williams, CTO, O2 Group
“Arieso
did a design review analysis on the 3G rollout from March 2005 until
July2005.
The amount of sites and candidates for analysis was around 11000.
The target was to reduce the number of sites and optimize coverage
by keeping the planed coverage and quality thresholds.
The theoretical result given by Arieso was a potential for savings
of around 20% of the planned rollout sites. All deliverables from
Arieso have been on time, the quality of analysis has been very
high and support has been excellent.”

“ariesoACP
has also brought an improvement in the process followed by engineers.
It has delivered better results in a significantly reduced timeframe,
has introduced the value of cost and constraint information and
has improved the accuracy in design decisions and the confidence
we have in them. One of the most important features in ariesoACP
is the inclusion of what is an extremely fast Simulation within
its Optimisation loop. This allows it to consider changes to the
network in terms of the success or failure rates of simulated patterns
of calls placed in the network area. The network can hence be optimised
to ensure that grade of service is maximised and dropped calls are
minimised over a give area.”
